Online Scholarship Application under Rural Development Department, J&K

Submission of On-line scholarship applications under Post-matric Scholarship Scheme from students belonging to Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC), Physically Challenged (PCP) & Denotified Nomadic & Semi Nomadic (DNTs) Categories for the year 2018-19

 On-line applications are invited from the students belonging to below mentioned categories pursuing studies within & Outside the State of Jammu & Kashmir in Government/Government Recognized Educational Institutions undergoing XI, XII, Diploma, Graduation/Post-Graduation Level Courses, B.Ed, M.Phil, Ph.D & Professional/ Technical Degree Courses at Under Graduate and Post-Graduate Levels etc. On-line implementation will be done through State Portal under URL:- https://jk.gov.in/ jkeservices.

Only online applications under these Schemes will be accepted and no request for Offline applications will be entertained :

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AVAILING THE SCHOLARSHIP SERVICE:- 

To avail the Scholarship service a candidate has to log in URL: https://jk.gov.in/ jkeservices and before applying the Service, the User has to register using the Register Link given on the menu. Applicant has to upload the scanned photo (jpg image) of size less than 20 kb before registration. Please note the user ID and Password entered by the applicant during registration for Login, check status and availing the service.


After login, Applicant has to click on the e-services tab in the left menu and thereafter click on the social welfare and under social welfare click on Post- matric Scholarship

For further queries, the candidates can contact Assistant Director (Schemes), Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir on telephone No. 0194-2473761. The value of scholarship include maintenance allowance plus non refundable fee compulsorily payable by the student, studying in Government or Government recognized educational Institutions by the Government/UGC/Board of Technical Education and similar Statutory Professional Councils of India for recognized, courses.

The following documents in original shall be uploaded & Xerox of the same should be attached with the hard copy of downloaded Scholarship application form except "Income Certificate/Fee Receipt & Affidavit" which should be attached in original:-

One passport size photograph.

 Permanent Residence Certificate (State Subject Certificate).
 Fee Receipt Duly attested Promotion Certificate,
 in case student has passed previous examination. 
Valid Hotelier Certificate issued by the Institution
. Institute Recognition Certificate Attested Fee structure duly approved by Central/State Government (in case of Private recognized Institutions). Income Certificate.

1. In case, a candidate is not able to download his/her admit card and his/her name doesn’t figure in the deficiency/rejection notice dated: 17.08.2018, he or she may contact the (Computer Section) J&K Public Service Commission, Solina, Srinagar/Resham Garh Colony, Bakshi Nagar Jammu by or before 25.08.2018 with a valid proof of having filled in Online Application form and online fee, failing which it shall be presumed that they are not interested in appearing in the said exam and no claim whatsoever after 25.08.2018 shall be entertained.

Instructions and procedure for online submission of Application Form


1. The applications forms will be available online on Fire & Emergency Services J&K website ( www.fireandemergencyjk.gov.in).
2. Instructions for filing the online forms are available on the Fire & Emergency Services J&K Website.
3. The candidates are required to read the eligibility conditions carefully before filing the forms as no corrections will be allowed at any subsequent stage. Candidates are advised to keep a soft copy of their scanned Photograph and signatures ready with them while filling the form.
4. The candidates have the option to either deposit fee amount of Rs.300/­(Three hundred) online or use the service Common Service Centres. In case of non availability of online payment facility, the candidates may use the option of depositing the application fee through Bank Challan. Candidates are requested to read and follow these instructions carefully as no amount once deposited will never be refunded for reasons whatsoever.
5. A payment challan generated by the website is no guarantee of successful payment. Candidates are advised to keep proof of any offline payment for future refrence.
6. Please ensure your eligibility as per the criteria laid in the advertisement notice.
7. Candidate is allowed to submit only one application Form/ Multiple Applications Form of a candidate are liable to be rejected.
8. Link for submission of online applications form will be available on Fire & Emergency Services J&K website (www.fireandemergency.jk.gov.in) w.e.f 27.06.2018.

The Coaching and Counselling Academy of Central University of Kashmir invites applications on the prescribed form from the candidates desirous of coaching for the General Studies component of Civil Services. The Coaching Programme shall consist of regular lectures by eminent teachers & periodical model tests. Motivation classes and Interactive sessions shall also be conducted by senior IAS and IPS officers. Besides, the selected candidates will be allowed to avail the Library & browsing centre facilities. Detailed admission notice and guidelines for submission of application forms and fee are available on the University Website (www.cukashmir.ac.in). The aspirants can also submit their application forms along with fee online through the University website. It is on the persistent demand of aspirants that the last date for the submission of application forms has been extended to 13 August 2018 for both online & offline mode.

 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or any other equivalent examination. The candidates whose results are awaited can also apply.

 The duration of Coaching for the civil service examination shall be of three months. Selection 

Criteria 

 The candidates will be selected on the basis of an Entrance Examination (written Test). Separate Admit Card will not be issued to applicants. All applicants are required to produce proof of identity at the time of entry into the examination Hall.
